Jaime heads the Knowledge Management department at the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Singapore. She graduated with a business degree from the Nanyang Technological University (S’pore) and obtained a Master of Arts in Education & Human Development from The George Washington University (USA), and Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from the Wheelock College (USA). To better equip herself to serve the church community, she read the Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies from the Asian Pastoral Institute (S’pore) and PhD (Management) from the University of Canberra (Australia).

Jaime has diverse work experience in early childhood education, Christian ministry and education, human resource development and knowledge management. Jaime helmed children churches with the Tabernacle Church & Missions (TCM), co-wrote learning materials and lectured for Asian Pastoral Institute at the certificate, diploma and master levels. She was involved in youth and campus, young adults, and pulpit ministries. Jaime has extensive experience in human resource development areas such as talent management, succession planning, scholarship management, and learning and development. As a Deputy Director in knowledge management, she oversees the library management, records management and knowledge management of the organisation. Her training in API and church has synergistically built her operations, project and people management skills in the professional arena in LTA.

Jaime serves actively in TCM, both as a Board Director and Elder. She heads a House Group Community (HGC) and looks into the well-being of other HGC leaders under her charge. Leveraging her HR experience, she guides the house group members under her care in the area of career counselling and professional development. As a Director and synergising her training and experience in knowledge management, she oversees the IT team and looks into the IT needs of both TCM and API.
