Choo Keh Mui is a Pastor in Tabernacle Church and Missions and a Senior Lecturer in Asian Pastoral Institute. Prior to this, she was a Specialist Writer at the Curriculum Development Institute of Singapore, Education Officer and Head of Department (Science) in a secondary school. Her training was in Physics (BSc, University of Singapore), and education (DipEd, Institute of Education) and theology (MA (Biblical Studies), Singapore Bible College; MDiv, East Asia School of Theology and MTh, Trinity Theological College).

The courses she teaches in Asian Pastoral Institute include New Testament, Research Writing, Teaching and Learning and Kerygmatic Foundations. Her research interest is mainly in New Testament.

She wrote an article with David Jeremiah Seah in 2007 entitled, “Markan Portrayal of Jesus: More than Man of Prowess.” Journal of Asian Evangelical Theology 15 (1):46-67. She has presented the paper “A Question of Balance: Ephesians 6:10-17 in Light of an Asian Perspective on the World of Spirits” at the 39th Annual Meeting of Society for Pentecostal Studies (4-6 March 2010). The paper was written with David Jeremiah Seah and Jeanne Lian Bee Tin.
