Achsah serves as an Assistant Pastor with Charis Tabernacle. She read a Bachelor of Business Management (Double Majors in Operations Management and Finance) and acquired the Six Sigma Green Belt professional certification at Singapore Management University. She went on to read a Master in Public Policy specialising in Economic Policy and Analysis (Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, NUS), a Graduate Diploma in Pastoral Studies (Asian Pastoral Institute), and a Master of Divinity (Trinity Theological College, Singapore) to better understand and to serve the community. As a pastor, Achsah provides pastoral care to young working adults, campus students and youths. She is also involved in the pulpit and worship ministries on a regular basis.

Achsah is also the Chief Librarian at the Asian Pastoral Institute.  Achsah’s research interests lie in how Christianity interacts with Confucianism. She seeks to understand how the Church grew and developed in Asia and how these communities are uplifted, especially for communities that are rooted in Confucianism and/or its core values.
